Reassuring link regarding procion dyes from dharma

They have provided a space on their site to address their products for children under 12 and how the CPSIA may affect them.

Of course none of this is a legal option, we can't just say "oh, well the website said it had no lead" but it is reassuring to hear it addressed.

I think it is very wise of Dharma to have that info available.

I did scan the MSDS for procion MX dyes specifically, since I have some of Dharma's own brand of dye and some from Jacquard, and I'm not seeing the ones for Jacquard, but it's early, my kid is on my lap, and I don't have my glasses on. :-) I'll have to get back to it later. Thanks for posting the link. :-)

It cracks me up about Swarovski's statement about the lawsuit settlement in California regardng safe levels of lead in crystal. It says at the bottom that, while it's safe to handle crystals, they still suggest that you don't ingest, swallow, or choke on them. Hahaha! Sure thing Swarovski, I'm going to cross 'choking on crystals' off my list of things to do today!
