Out of the loop...

I am bit embarrassed to admit that I have been out of the loop... I have been job hunting for the last few months and haven't had time to really educate myself on this issue... I know that we are facing a greatly complex issue that has no "yes or no" answer, but the deadline is coming up and I would like to know if I would I be OK if I specified that my products are not intended for 12 year olds and under or if I should be getting ready to shut my shop down...?

Sorry, your stuffed items while you may not want to sell them to 12 and under, if they "appeal to 12 and under" you must test. Don't shut down, just inactivate your items. Something will give on all of this. Keep reading and don't stress too much, it's a dreadful law, but this can't continue.
