I'm new here and am really confused about what is necessary as far as label requirements. I am planning on adding gerber onesies to my printed apparell line. I already know that the inks I use are in compliance. What information exaclty has to be on the label? Thanks in advance.
if you do a form post search you will find lots on labeling. I could tell you, but as this law changes constantly, you need to be tuned in to what the CPSIA says and how to find out for yourself current information
Also be very specific about using the name Gerber. They have extremely tight guidelines about use of their registered trademark and name -- and how those items are to be used.
They regularly search etsy listings and report infractions to etsy -- which etsy takes down immediately. Be forwarned from someone with such experience.
