There are many more thumbnail options - many proportions and cropping choices. I am sure you'll find a good setting for the theme you're using!

Melinda, After pushing things to Etsy, I am pretty sure they go into draft mode - otherwise you'll have to delete them from Etsy. I hope this makes sense.

my indiemade shop disappeared- anyone know why?

Tressa, IndieMade sent out an email to all the customers earlier today, there was a server error and some sites went down but they fixed it and all sites should be back up and running.

Can someone please explain a little further about what happens when you connect your IndieMade to Etsy as well as specifics about "pushing" listings to Etsy?
I want my site to be 100% stand alone without any discernible connection to Etsy. If I connect, what does this do?
I understand the usefulness of being able to push listings so I don't have to input information into multiple platforms. But are the two stores irreversibly linked if I connect them?

Question for Those Who Have Been Using IndieMade for a website:  How do You handle/offer Returns?  I'm just setting up my site now and the tech rep at IndiMade told me they don't have a facility   to handle returns, so how do you do it?  Thanks for any advice
