New to the team and question about website

Hey everyone! I am new to the team and have a question about websites. I'm wanting to create my own and really do not know where to begin. I am thinking that I want to start out small and link my Etsy shop to it for now. Any thoughts?

That's a great idea.

when you get business cards, you can put your url on them, you can link to your .com, and you can build backlinks to your .com

then when you are ready to get your own website, you can point the URL there, and have a bunch of backlinks for google already :)

I made my through weebly: www.maidenjane.com.

I'm still working on it. You can get a free one or upgrade. I upgraded for a number of reasons. I got $100 in adwords which are currently running and I have had sales via the site. Most of it is directed back here, but I'm slowly transitioning.

oh mine is through godaddy. Sorry left that part out last night. And supposedly I have ad credits to use but haven't figured that out. Guess I should do that!

Vista Print offers websites plus you'll receive alot of discounts on business cards, labels, etc.... They walk you through the entire process of creating a website. I originally created a website but since I'm so new I decided to just focus on my Etsy shop for now but am hoping to go back to Vista in a few months once I've built up my inventory.
