TeamSocial Retweet Test Update

Hi Team,

Following is info and instructions for everyone participating in the testing of the TeamSocial retweeting App. 22 members signed up to test however including members already signed up for the app we are a total of 33.

For the Test we will need to do the following:

1. SCHEDULE OUR RECURRING #ETSYMNTT TWEETS - 5 PER DAY
Let each set up 6 tweets w/ our hashtag. If you need a way to AUTO-TWEET sign up for http://etsysocial.com/. If you have a subscription that expired let me know and I will renew it.

6 x 33 = 198 retweets each per day
in our twitter account, i'm thinking that will look like each of us posting 8 team retweets per hour

2. SIGN UP FOR TEAMSOCIAL - http://teamsocial.me/
Log into your twitter account that you use for the Team. Then follow the http://teamsocial.me/ link. Their system will recognize you as being part of our Team. Let me know if you have any problems getting set up.

3. TEAMSOCIAL 1 WEEK FREE TRIAL
Once we are all signed up that the TeamSocial site I will be in communication with Danial, the developer to establish that we all have a 1 week free trial active.

4. IF YOU ARE ON OTHER TEAMS
If you are already signed up with the app and retweeting with another, you will not be able to retweet with the team using TeamSocial :( The app is currently not set up to allow for multiple teams...not yet.

DEE ^5 on rotating hashtag as it seems MANY (1000s) use Etsymntt and I am positive more than half are NOT on this team or no longer participating. I have some ideas as well ... in the mean time, are any of you peeps still doing manual retweets? I am using @swirlingOrange1 and am happy to retweet by hand anyone who is also doing so. Maybe we can create a Manual Tweet hashtag to distinguish who is actually doing this? #Emnttm (etsy meet and tweet manual?)

Clarissa, maybe we could do a new "manual retweet" thread to sign up and each of us can create a twitter list to keep track until a new app is up and running?

Jan I am retweeting manually too . I can't access social media during much of the day because of my day job. My intranet for work blocks anything to do with twitter so I can only do live RTs early AM or late PM.

I think its still useful to support each other via manual tweets until an affordable App becomes available.

I am thinking we need to use a special hashtag to make sure we're all participating maybe EtsymnttM (m for manual?) whatever works easily for everyone.

I don't quite know what to do. I manually retweet using TweetDeck. Do I add a column there for manual-rts-emntt-jul17? I AM ABLE to go to your site, Swirling Orange = = "Manual RTS Emntt Jul17 - A public list by SwirlingOVintage" ... and I did subscribe to it. I need help with what to do next. In the meantime, I will go to TweetDeck and look to see if I see tweets by the members that I see listed on your above-listed site. Beyond that ... I am lost. ...OR should I just retweet from said above-listed site (yours). I guess I could do that.

OK ... I JUST NOW TALKED WITH CLARISSA MACK. She told me that I could go ahead and add a column on TweetDeck for "Manual RTS Emntt July 17". I have subscribed to this list on Swirling Orange1's page, and I see that there are eight members. (I have not been added yet.) According to Clarissa, once I put this new column on my TweetDeck account, I should be able to easily see you who are already members, and can easily retweet you without having to "sift" through everyone else. Clarissa further said that once our team App is in place, it will not be necessary to use this new retweet column that I am now setting up. But ... as of right now, I am going to add this on my TweetDeck account and get started, doing the best that I can with retweets. If there is something incorrect in my comprehension of this information, please advise. :)

Well, I said that I would add that new column on TweetDeck that I talked about in my above post. SO FAR ... I can't get it to load. I'm having trouble with TweetDeck right now... the blue circle of Internet Explorer just keeps twirling and twirling, so I have done no manual retweeting (in case anyone is looking for it). I think I will have to power off my computer and start over. Don't have time to mess with it right now.

Hey folks, let's start a sign up if we are all going to manual retweet and create a hashtag for this list. I created a list on my twitter account @swirlingorange1 I have added this to my tweetdeck and just retweeted several tweets. To keep it under control let's say we all tweet max 5 tweets per person per day minimum 3 ... does this work? Hashtag #emnttM does this work for everyone?
