So… my linesheet isn’t showing up when I browse the EW categories.

I’ve listed all my individual items utilizing the Category field for each item. And in my wholesale profile I have two boxes checked under "Categories you specialize in”: Kids & Toys, and Stationery.

When I go to the EW home page and filter by either "All Categories" or "Seller Location", OR search with a term that’s in my item titles (toy, for example, or color) - my linesheet does show up in the results.

However, it does not show up in the results when browsing either the "Kids & Toys" OR “Stationery" categories. Is this some kind of glitch? Or am I missing something in order for me to be found by a buyer who is truly browsing categories with no other filters or search terms?

This is very important because one of the most often used keywords that lead people to my shop in Etsy retail is a proprietary name, which I do not list in my item titles or descriptions for obvious reasons, but as a tag leads the majority of traffic to my shop. Since EW doesn’t use tags, I’m relying most on buyers browsing categories to find me.

Hi, I've created new listings for my wholesale items as I want the description to be different for wholesale from retail, i.e. to describe packaging.

There is not a tag section....am I missing it? (My items are not showing up in the search bar nor when I scroll through specific sections. Am I missing something?

(fyi, I did try the bulk relist suggestion. No change.)

Hey Liane!

If you just relisted your items, it might take a little bit of time for the system to index them and have them show up in the browse categories on Etsy Wholesale. While they usually appear within an hour, it can take several hours for your items to be properly indexed.

If you're not seeing them later tonight, can you please email wholesalesupport@etsy.com with more details so I can take a look for you?
