redirecting from Wordpress site to Etsy - how?

Hi all - I am setting up a website at Wordpress for my business and want visitors to be redirected from the shop page to my Etsy shop. I have seen this at other wordpress blogs/sites but can't figure out how to do it. can anyone help? Thanks!

I don't know how to do it in wordpress but I'v done it on blogger.
Go to your set ups or layout page and you can add a button or widget that you can then add your own link too. I added mine to my actual layout page

I add a URL link to each listing back to Etsy on my Wordpress based website:

See the orange words that say "Click here to purchase from Etsy shop"....that is my link back.

I just insert a URL and change the words

Check the plugin gallery. I got a mini for my wordpress .org with a plugin called "customizable Etsy widget".

I use the Etsy Mini, is that what you are looking for? It puts an Etsy gallery on your site that will click into your listings.

Go to Your Shop>Listings and look in the left column. Under Promote, you should have a link for Etsy Mini.

There you can make a mini gallery for your site at variable sizes depending on how much width you have. Grab the HTML code by highlighting the code and pressing Crl C. That will copy the code to your clipboard.

Then go to your wordpress site and select the HTML view. Use Crl V to paste the code wherever you would like it to go.

You may not be able to see the mini until you preview or publish the post, so don't freak if it's not there in compose mode.

You cannot use Etsy mini or other etsy widgets with wordpress.com.

The best way to link back to your shop is to create an image (or button) and link it to your shop... the same can be applied to text but I find images nicer.

I'm not sure I gave the right advice? Are you looking to redirect your site or simply link back to Etsy?

I'm using the definitions as...

redirect - when someone types in your URL they automatically end up at your etsy site, meaning your site has no content.
link - someone clicks someplace on your site and they go to your shop.

Hi guys - thanks for the comments so far. I am not looking for an Etsy Mini or widget; what I want is to have a page tab on my website that says Etsy or Shop, and when you click on it it takes you directly to the etsy shop page.
Like on this site from fellow Brisbanite Jenny Ekberg:

HmMm...i see i cannot easily do that with my theme....the permalink for the pages only allows my to link somewhere within my own site...HMmmm

Perhaps that is more advanced programming/coding?

Or perhaps there is a theme that allows this to be accomplished easily?

Yes this is done by creating a custom link through Appearance > Menus

If you need help use the following tutorial and scroll down to the adding custom links section. There are pictures...I always find it helpful.

Hello! I am completely new to both Esty and Wordpress.org. I just "installed" the Etsy 360 plugin onto my blog on Wordpress but it is not showing up on my site. I am wanting to have a link from my Wordpress blog to my Etsy shop (not necessarily a page tab, just something in the right sidebar to link people there). I'm not sure if I should have installed the Etsy 360 plugin since it doesn't seem to be working.
I'm also wanting to do the reverse...put a link to my blog on my Etsy Shop.
