order still processing.....

Has anyone ever had this happen? An order in my shop is "still processing" since last night around 7 p.m. I looked it up and Etsy says some orders take longer to processs. I am thinking that 19 hours is way too long!
I am worried that the buyer thinks I am dragging my feet in responding and then sending it out.
Any suggestions?

Yes, me too! I have one order processing since yesterday and went thru today; one is still processing; and one has processed rather quickly.

Thanks for posting this - now I know to just go to bed and quit waiting. I sold 4 other orders today and they went thru fine. Was hoping to finish up this one that's still processing and print the shipping label before bed so I could mail them all together in the morning. Oh well. 1 order still processing is better than no orders;-)
