Evgeny, your work is simply AMAZING!!!! Your prices are not high. I know how much work it goes into that, but you do sell expensive items. This means that you'll have less sales than someone that sells $10 items, but you'll have to sell less to make the same amount of money. Some people that have 500-1000 sales have been on Etsy for a long time...
BeaG gave you the link for the best resource here on Etsy. Take the time to read it. It's worth the time spent.
The handbook will give a in-depth explanation of everything, but these pointers might help you decide what you should read first:
-Photographs: this is all the seller has to judge to spend money on your item. You have to amaze them! Choose natural light and simple backgrounds that won't distract from your work. Take as many pictures as you can. People like versatility (and it is very popular right now). Take pictures of your hair pins worn in different ways.
-Give them a reason why they need to buy your item. Is this a great house warming gift? Wedding gift? Anniversary gift (wood anniversary is the 5th wedding anniversary)...
-SEO (search engine optimization): use all your tags! They are what connects the searches to your items. The more you have, the more you'll show up in searches. Also make sure to use all your tag words within the description of your item. The first line of the description is the most important one. Titles are also connected to SEO, and the first 3 letters are the most important.
-Research trends and see which ones apply to your items and reinforce that fact on your description, title and tags. I see you have a very trendy owl hair pin (reinforce the owl... maybe use a tag with "owl" by itself). Up hair-dos are very trendy right now. Make sure that the model's hair looks awesome and follows these trends (with your item on them). Think really high messy buns and little braids. Your pins would look gorgeous on the under part of a high messy bun, near the nape of the neck ;)
-Remember that you can and should promote your shop. I see you have Facebook, great! I really like Instagram because of its visual appeal. You can also look into twitter, blogging, Pinterest. The more you do, the more exposure you'll get. You can also promote your items inside Etsy for free thru promotion teams.
-Etsy is al about being a community. Whenever I am more active in the forums and teams, I get more views and more sales. Help your fellow Etsyans out as much as you can.
- Be mindful of special dates and seasons. Right now it is a slow time for a lot of sellers here on Etsy, but it is incredibly busy for wedding vendors. Do you have any items that would work good as a wedding item? Maybe you have some bowls/ woodcarvings to carry wedding rings, or some hair pin that might look great on a woodland style wedding (photograph the pin with a veil, or with the bride wearing a wedding dress).
I hope I did not overwhelmed you!
Good luck!
