Set a Goal for July

Hi there,

Setting a goal (no matter how small) can help you accomplish more. Last month we invited sellers to set a goal and share it with the team. Take a look at last month's thread ( https://www.etsy.com/teams/5002/etsy-success/discuss/14658006) where you'll see many sellers reporting they reached their goals or made some progress they felt good about.

Take a moment to settle on your goal and then share it here. By writing it down and sharing with others, you'll reinforce your commitment to it.

A goal can be anything from listing a new item to reaching your 100th sale.

When sharing your goal for July, please introduce yourself and share how long you've been selling on Etsy.

I'll start. I have been working at Etsy for 3 years, and I've been on the Seller Education team for the last year. I just moved so my goal for July is to set up a studio space in the new place. What about you?

Putting all my Scrabble tile pendants up for sale
Putting random knitwear up for sale
Hoping to have two sales
Be better at promoting on the Facebook fan page

We are Raina + Ruben and we set up shop almost 5 months ago. By the end of July our intention is to:
- have 25 listings (at 22 now)
- 2 more reviews (at 4 now)
- reach 35 sales (at 27 now)
- take and add photos of Ruben and I to About and Profile

This month I am starting on the long journey to revamp my shop. My goals for July are:
- rewrite my About page,
- rewrite my Profile page,
- work on a new banner,
- and, add more listings.

My name is Renata and I own headband boutique. I've been on Etsy for 7 months now, but I was not really active at all. Last week I started reading Sellers Handbook and blogs and I have had more sales and visits.

My goal is:
- $400 in sales, which means 5 ($20 item) sales a week.

I launched my Etsy Store in June and currently have 30 items listed, I would like to create another 10 items and get them listed.
I sold 4 papercuts in my first month of June, I would like to sell 6 in July to take the figure to 10 :)

I've been selling on Etsy since February. After a slow start I'm seeing a little more activity on my shop and a few more sales.

My goal for July is to catch up on requests for new dog breed traits prints. I'm aiming for 10 new breeds.

I have been a member for four years and my goal is to keep crocheting more items and add more patterns I no longer use.

I have a few:

1. Hit 150 listings. I'm hovering around 142 right now, and I have a few to relist and a few new on the go, so I'm pretty confident I'll get there :)

2. Finish at least one of my birthstone collections. I'm about halfway through all three of them (with another waiting for me to finish these three before I start).

3. Get some more items for my second shop up. I can list them in this shop, but I want to have more than two when I open the second one up :)

To get at least 10 sales. one thing it will helped me is that o got etsyonsale app and set it up for 10% off on all the store for the month of July, hope this helps me reach my goal

Good to read other Etsians goals, its inspiring and will borrow from a few if that's cool!?!

I always aim to double sales and views. I doubled my sales in June with 4 (best ever month!) so I'm aiming for 8.

My views have levelled out the last few months at 1000. So I'll keep plugging Instagram and Facebook to get some more looks and likes.

I just recently quit my day job to pursue my art interests. I have several ideas for art but haven't had the opportunity to really focus on it. My goal for July is small, I would like to add two new art prints to my shop.

Hello all, I have been selling original paintings and drawings on Etsy for three years- in the last year my custom orders have really picked up. My goal is to finish a challenging custom order this month in such a way that I'm sure both the purchaser and the person who receives it as a gift will love it! It is a great feeling to make a personal painting or drawing for someone that you know is going to be very meaningful for them.
