Set a Goal for July

Hi there,

Setting a goal (no matter how small) can help you accomplish more. Last month we invited sellers to set a goal and share it with the team. Take a look at last month's thread ( https://www.etsy.com/teams/5002/etsy-success/discuss/14658006) where you'll see many sellers reporting they reached their goals or made some progress they felt good about.

Take a moment to settle on your goal and then share it here. By writing it down and sharing with others, you'll reinforce your commitment to it.

A goal can be anything from listing a new item to reaching your 100th sale.

When sharing your goal for July, please introduce yourself and share how long you've been selling on Etsy.

I'll start. I have been working at Etsy for 3 years, and I've been on the Seller Education team for the last year. I just moved so my goal for July is to set up a studio space in the new place. What about you?

This may sound ambitious, but most of these are within reach.
1. Finish replacing the last of my original images with better versions.
2. Add 11 new listings, for a total of 115.
3. Increase my followers:
- 80 on Etsy
- 45 at www.NancyGoldsteinPhoto.com
- 15 at TheiPhoneographyBlog.wordpress.com
4. Get out there and create some new work!
5. Promote, promote, promote!
6. My second sale. Please?
7. Stay positive! I may not be supporting myself with my shop yet, but it WILL happen!

I've been on Etsy since 2009 but only really started working my business the last 3 years. My goals for July are:
1. Have 50 items listed at all times
2. Promote my Facebook and Instagram pages to double my followers.
3. Set up a professional photo shoot or find photo cuties for my shop

My July goal is a rollover from June's goal - I'd like to reach 50 sales and design & craft 25 more items to add to my shop. Ready, set - 12 more sales to GO! :)

2. Post one item every day. I have made lot of things but have no time to take pictures and post them. I want to change that.

I am Marie-Louise and I opened my shop in April this year. I have learned a lot by looking at other shops and by Etsy Seller Seminars, and have decided to remodel my shop. My goal for July is to have achieved that by the end of the month, together with at least a second sale.

Hello!! I've been on etsy for almost 5 years, but have been busy with school and then a full time job during that length of time. This year things have been picking up speed, so my July goals are:
1. Keep cleaning up shop, photos, and descriptions
2. Reach 75 sales
3. Learn how to increase traffic and likes

And a personal goal: update my resume and business cards so I can find a new job!

hi, I opened Divadezines in 2010, & have just recently re-opened, since losing my home & all my belongings in the January 2011 floods, here in Brisbane, Australia. My goal is to start afresh & make one sale in July.

My goal is to make two sales at least! I started working on my pictures, I am planning to have more products, I started joining teams and being active on them, so I start to have more visibility and my items seem to like to some people :)
So hopefully, my sales will go up a little bit :)

Last month I managed to reach my goal of my 50th sale with 10 sales in the month. This month I want to double that number of sales to 20 and double the number of items listed in my shop. Hmmm, looks like I will be busy.

I opened my shop the 20th of May. I have sold 4 items so far. My goal for july is listing at least 4 more items and selling another 4.

Traditionally July is always my worst month for sales so with that in mind I am going to:

Make at least 1 new bird
Run a give away to boost sales
And do a stock take of my supplies so I can get ready for Christmas... Yep Christmas, I said it!

I am very happy because I managed to achieve my june goal which was to spend one full day or two half days on Etsy per week. I have been struggling to balance my full time job and my Etsy shop but after doing this system for a few weeks I feel like I am starting to fit everything in well!

My goal for June is to get up to 50 items listed! :)

Hello! My goal this month is to increase sales in my linocut print shop.
In order to do so i already made a coupon code for summer and I will add new prints.
I also want to have a rubber stamp halloween collection ready for my rubber stamp shop CassaStamps.

On the 15th of July my shop will be 1 year old. At the start of this venture I set myself a goal of 100 sales in my first year, I am currently on 93 sales so I have 13 days to make another 7 sales. So nearly there, (keep fingers crossed).
My goal for July is to try achieve 15 sales in July alone, its a biggy I know but I am going for it.

I have only been on Etsy for just over two months and have sold a few pieces. This month I hope to sell more but to do that I need to increase the amount of stock as I have sold quite a few pieces offline and had to remove them. I need to get into the studio and make some more plates and more noodle bowls as people like these. I also need to list some more cups. Maybe some little woodland creatures as I like to make these too.

I'm Julie and I started listing in my shop in May this year. Up until now I've been keeping it a bit of a secret!

My goal for July is to complete my About page, set up on Facebook and twitter to come out into the sunshine and start connecting with people.

I am finally getting back into selling after slowing way down to move and have our second child.

I made 14 sales in June which is the most sales I have ever gotten in 1 month! $185 in profit.

So my goals for July are:

1. Make $200 in profit
2. Open a second etsy shop to sell my word wall art in so I can keep my shops more cohesive.
3. Decide on a name for my 2nd shop so that I can open it. :) (this has been the hard part for me!)
