SEO visibility with "&" in a name - help my shop is not showing up

Hi!
I have a problem I'm not sure how to fix as it deals with how my shop's name comes up (or in this case doesn't). Help as it may be part of my traffic problem.

I was reading a blog feature on Fleur & Dot (Fleur and Dot) or FleurandDot and so I went to check them out through the search feature as there was no link. All their listings came up no problem using both "&" and "and" but when I tried to do the same search for my shop it didn't work (Iris & Rose Designs, Iris and Rose Designs) and I had to put in the full and exact string (irisandrosedesigns) to make it work. I would like to make it easy for customers to find me so I assume I must be doing something different from Fleur & Dot. Please help me figure out what it is so I can fix it. By the way, can I shorten my Etsy name to just Iris & Rose for searches and keep the Designs official in the header?

Do you use Iris and Rose in your keyword tags?
If not, give that a try.
I'm not sure about the other stuff you asked about, maybe someone else can chime in on that.

Your shop name is Irisandrosedesigns so if people are going to find you, that's what they will need to search for.

you may want to put 'Iris and Rose Designs' in a couple of your tags
but if you do a search for 'iris and rose designs' you get

If you look at the bottom of the page, there is a direct link to your shop.

If you search for fleuranddot you will find the shop as well.

I started tagging yesterday and your search showed a couple of my listings and the shop at the bottom. I didn't even consider using my shop text in the Tags just listing info so this has been a big new learning. "Iris and Rose Designs" is too long for the tag so I'm putting in shortened and variaitons of it. I may just shorten it to Iris & Rose.
