I think quirky/different is NEVER a bad thing (why would you want to blend in?)
Keep making your art and being creative - do it for yourself, before anyone else. I think your pieces are beautiful!

I definitely love it! You have a wonderful eye for color and your unique style is wonderful!! That is what Etsy is all about! I agree if you haven't already, add Brides and wedding to titles/keywords because they are always looking for unique OOAK jewelry like yours! Just gorgeous! Don't change! :)

I'm sitting here wondering if my jewellery is too plain/ordinary!! Only 1 sale so far in my (not quite) 4 months on Etsy. :-(

Shirley don't worry all my sales happened after 6-7 months, I only had a handful up until then, so I don't think it's that unusual :o) Good luck and I hope it picks up for you soon.

I think your work is great, not my style but you definitely have a public out there!
I think the lighting in your photos are great but I found them too busy, I think you should keep the background simple and minimal, as your pieces have so many details those textures, pictures on the back distract me from the important thing: your products. I would also show your work from some distance so its more clear what it is and buyers can see the whole thing right on the 1st picture, you can show extra details on the other 4 pictures, take for example this listing.

I think it is important to differentiate yourself - especially in the jewelry category. Follow your heart and concentrate on the items that seem to garner the most interest by your customers.

Definetely not too quirky! Actually, in my eyes, I think they are lovely, but I wouldn't say they are massively massively quirky... I think maybe that's because my jewellery style is slightly different from the mainstream anyway lol!
