I have mostly switch plates but I also have a few outlet cover listings in the same designs. Within both types of listings I have 'choose your style'. The available styles are also within the description and in the listing photos.
So if in search a customer sees a design they like and it happens to be an outlet (but they need a switch plate), within the listing they can change the style to a single switch plate, double switch plate etc.
99% of customers understand this and will order what they need. But 1% get confused and think they are ordering an outlet even though they choose the style for a switch plate from the drop down menu when checking out.
Here's a sample listing:

I would love some opinions, is it confusing? I'm thinking of just eliminating the style options from the outlet cover listings, but I will then be losing a lot of customers that would have ordered if they had a style choice.
