My customers can't find the feedback functions.

Luckily, I know they're happy with the order because everytime "they" have received it they will convo me and say they love the item. I will gently ask them to simply cut and paste those sentiments and put them in my feedback as I feel it greatly influences sales. They always say they're happy to do it, then either write back and say they can't figure it out or it just doesn't happen.
My feedback is less than 1/2 of my sales and the rest are all buried in convo's. I'd love for them to make it into the feedback area.
DOES Anyone Have Advice on How to Instruct Customers to Leave It with Simple Instructions?! And, don't you think it matters to have as many great feedbacks as sales?

I don't think it's possible at this point. Maybe in the future it will be easier/ more obvious for buyers to leave feedback, but I wouldn't worry about it. Most of the time, if it was a custom order, they convo or email me and tell me they love my item, and that's great! I also have about half as many feedbacks as I have sales. There's nothing we can do.

That's a bummer, though. I wish they'd make it easier like ebay where they throw it in your face and walk you through it.

I participated in this subject on another team and one member sends a link to the feedback to make it easier for the Customer. Simple but, brilliant! Or at least I thought so.

Cool idea. I too have had customers send me lovely emails but couldn't figure out how to leave feedback.

I have also had a tough time finding it before. If you have someone ask, or want to direct someone I beleive the fasted way is through:

someone wrote last night instructions how to leave feedback at check out through paypal
all you have to do is leave a personal note encouraging them to leave a message?
I haven't looked at it yet but perhaps this is another avenue?

That's what I've always done. Still seems people have had issues. I think I'll try the link from now on. I'm sure we can stick that in the "your item is shipped email"
