I would say use Flickr, or Dreamers into Doers (dreamers.marthastewart.com).

Sign up for Google Adwords, but don't start a campaign. They give free credits all the time!

Like/tweet/pin your products USING Etsy. Shop Stats keeps up with social media likes/tweets/pins so you can see if they were effective.
