I just went to add someone to my circle and got a message from Etsy that says I have reached the "maximum number of circles." How can this be possible when I am in 526 and their are people who have over 2000? Anybody know? Is this new? Thanks.
You may have reached the maximum number of people that are in your circle, but there isn't a max number of how many circles you can be in. For example, you can't have 10,000 people in your circle, but you can be in 10,000 different circles.
I wish Etsy could change the number of shops we can follow. The 1080 is quite a low number and I keep removing when would like to add someone. The problem is, that other do the same too so i am also being removed from circles sometimes (noticing the ups and downs of the followed by number)
From shops whose works I like but dont fit into my "following" number, I add to my wishlist so will remember them.
I also have this problem with following people now. I follow all 1080 and will usually follow someone back as a courtesy and out of interest. I occasionally have to go back and 'unfollow' people which I feel can be heartbreaking for some shop owners! I always feel it is a tough decision as to who to 'unfollow'!
