If I had a customer that wanted to order 25 of my greeting cards, how can I give that person a discount for that one item. How will it come out off paypal. How do I set that up?

You can setup a coupon code here on Etsy and it will deduct before payment.

Or if it's a special order, put all 25 cards in a single listing and put their name on it as a reserved listing for that buyer only.

If you put them all in once listing, you wont have to renew 25 cards at .20 cents a pop:)
