Re: Holiday Bootcamp ?s

You can expect to receive lots of great info in the Etsy Success Newsletter, make sure you sign up for it. It will also contain the weekly assignments for bootcampers. Week 2 information should be available tomorrow, so you might have to double up your efforts to get through the tasks so you don't fall behind, but week 1 wasn't too hard. The bootcamp is fun, sometimes challenging, and definitely worth it. I had a lot of fun last year, and made a lot of improvements even though I didn't get through the whole camp.

-Search in the blog for "A Flying Start" if you haven't read the post yet (that's your first task).
-You'll find a holiday budget worksheet in that post that might be intimidating, but it'll bring some things to your attention even if you're ready for that kind of budget (I've been open for over a year and that budget still wasn't quite for me). -There was a sticker printout attached with the newsletter that had checkmarks for every week and important things to add your calendar like last day of shipping to meet holiday deadlines, etc. You can send me a convo with your email address if you want me to forward you a copy of the week 1 newsletter.
-Asses your goals for the holiday season and post them in the appropriate thread in this team, or share them with your buddy when you find one.
-There's a thread for buddy finding as well, I recommend looking through some of the most recent posts in that thread and contacting some sellers to see if they're still looking for a buddy. That about covers week one.
