I am wondering if anyone on here can explain to me how to insert a color chart in our listings? I have searched and tried to no avail. Any assistance is appreciated:-)

When you add photos, there is a note on the right:

Use high quality JPG, PNG or GIF files that are at least 570px wide (we recommend 1000px). Photo tip: don’t use a flash.

Does the chart meet the criteria? If not, then you'll have to convert it to the above.

Minerva, are we talking about the same thing? I am trying to insert a color table for our customers to choose from.

I used to add color charts to my listings so customers can choose a color for the listed items. I think we are :)

Sometimes it would be easy to add the photo in my listings, but other times I had to create the right file to make it compatible.

Sabrina and Patricia - If you want to show what colours are available then you have to use one of the picture slots. If you just want it to be selectable, then you can use the Variations drop-down menu in the Edit Listing screen.

Are you saying that I should take an image of a chart and input it in a photo slot?

I would recommend taking an image of the chart and putting it in a photo slot, yes, and then having the color options available on the drop down menu as an item variation. That way you can put in your listing, "for the available colors, refer to the 5th photo and choose your selection from the drop-down menu at right." Or something to that effect. Best of luck.
