Hi Meghan!
There are a few things to do to help clear up your listings and make sure they comply with Etsy's guidelines:
1. Sell a custom product, not a service- you can't sell a service on Etsy, only tangable products:
https://www.etsy.com/help/article/4524Good useable listing examples would be:
A digital download of a custom tattoo
Hand addressed envelopes
A hand written sign for a wedding
Make listings for each of these and develop a pricing scale for each one.
You will need to decide how you will charge in advance (by the letter, fond type, size, colors, etc.). Buyers will be more likely to respond to you if give them prices. You can of course still write that you take orders of all sizes as well.
2. Make all of your listings purchasable. All Etsy listings must be for sale. You cannot have listings that I buyer cannot purchase.

If you need more help we have a custom order team here:

Good luck! You've got some good ideas, you'll get the hang of it.
