Hi Anna, (sorry for the testament!)
Every one gave great tips, and I agree that you must put more items on your store, at least one full page for start, I've learned that the more you got the more exposure you get.
See what other stores that sales items like yours do, look for the best ones.
On your about page put some "behind the scenes" photos or "work in progress".
You should also improve the banner and listing photos and get the store more cohesive, like it was said before.
You should think about sell out of US, and reach international sales.
In some listing you don't put the materials used and in other you only put fabric but I see elastic on the items, I think it's important to put it all because it helps on SEO, I think.
On this item, for example your title: "Beautiful Dark Blue Headband!"
www.etsy.com/listing/190284575
I suggest - Blue square pattern headband
or something like this, you need to use key words, no one look for "beautiful" something, they look for specific items, colors, shapes, patterns, you need to look to your items and see what you can say about:
- WHAT IS IT?
- AND MORE PRECISELY?
- WHO IS IT FOR?
- MATERIALS
- COLOURS
- TECHNIQUE, METHOD
- PLACE AND CONTEXT OF USE
- SIZE
- STYLE
- PATTERN, IMAGES
- ERA
- ASSOCIATED OCCASION
say the most importante on title, and repeat on descriptions and use sinonyms also.
And also very important you need to be more social on etsy, your store have a few months and you and your store don't have followers this way people won't find you, you need to show you are here, there are thousands of stores...
You aren't joined yet to promotion teams you really should.
hope this helps, we are allways learning in a few months you'll be helping us ;)
