How's your sales in MAY so far?

I've got 4 sales only.
Last year I got quite a number of orders as graduation gifts. Don't know why it's so quiet this year...

May? A whole 2 sales so far! But considering I've only made 6 sales in total on here since opening my shop in September last year, it's a huge improvement.

At some stage I'll do all the optimising, networking, collaborations and other stuff I should be doing.

I've heard that many Etsy shops are closing due to a lack of business and I have to say, if it was my first avenue of income, I would close to. Even thogh I am self employed, Etsy is my 3rd line of revenue as repairs and valuations are first (to the point that I don't have much time to make at the moment.

Mine is ok so far. I am finishing up two pieces this month for sales I got at the end of last month. And I got two more sales this week.

I can't complain too much. I reached out to a friend if they could help me with my photos. I know thats the one thing that's holding me back.

I've gotten 21 sales so far in May. But I would say just about all of them are graduation items. Once graduation dies down, I'll be interested to see what my business is like...

No sales since february :( But I'm not giving up! I do think about and make other products and waiting for it to snowballing into success :)

I hate to say this for fear I will jinx myself, but May has been the month everyone told me would come if I had patience. I have sold I think 10 items this month which gives me a grand total of 23 since the middle of February!

For those of u feeling down, try not to. I almost closed my shop in early April and look at what has happened.

i do a lot of reading separate from the Seller's Handbook that have helped me fine tune EVERYTHINg, including SEOS. Be happy to share titles is uconvo me.

And then there is Virginia. If u haven't had her do a few gentle shop critiques you don't know what u r missing. Part of me thinks her help almost single-handedly saved my shop!

May has been slower for althoughout not terrible.. April was an awesome month so not having daily sales or multiple sales a day this month is disappointing. Although I am still finishing a couple of April's orders so it is still keeping me busy.

i´ve had 2 sales so far in may after 2 months of having no sales at all in my etsy shop and a bit of off etsy action. so far i´m quite happy, a bit more would be nice though

Great! Definitely better than this time last month. If it keeps up at this rate it'll be the best month of 2015 so far! I usually have a bit of a summer slump, so I'm interested to see how June and July are.

Well done to all the people who have gained sales so far this month. Myself I haven't had any sales so far, I hope I will soon. I know all too well the disappointment when having no sales.
I love the feeling when you see you have a sale, I hope I have that feeling shortly :)

Arghhh I don´t know but it has been very sluggish, views have been pretty good, but sales have been really slow. I hope it gets better later on.

I've had 2 sales this month, but I haven't been open very long so I don't have anything to compare it to. There are certainly days when it feels like my shop must not show up anywhere, and some days are better.

Well a bit slower than I anticipated, but then I just opened 3 weeks ago :-) I've been diligently polishing my shop details as best possible, but am shy to expand on offering new products ...

I have had 9 sales this month so far, I just opened my shop at the end of March so this has been my best month so far. A lot of sales were for Mother's Day. I heard that the summer is slower, so anxious to see how sales go the next few months.

May is meh. Let's just say I'll not be quitting my day job anytime soon.
