Digital File Question

I have had some major computer problems and have lost a few files...

A few of the lost files are items that I have for sale (digital coloring pages) in my etsy store. Is there any way to get at these files...or do I have to buy them from myself?!

You can't buy items from your own shop.

Go under your listing manager, and click on the files that you need. Scroll all the way down to the section that says, "Digital Files." Click on the actual file and it'll download.

You might want to pick up a flash drive and store all your files so you won't loose the files again. I have my stuff backed up on an external harddrive and flash drive. Paranoid, I know. :P

Nikki - Yes, I agree, I need to do a better job of backups. While I DO have backups in place, somehow a few files were still lost. I've been looking thru my recovery files and was not able to find several things I wanted. It was great that I could recover the items since I had uploaded them to etsy!
