The mantra I've learned here is "Titles/tags & SEO, great pics, and robust descriptions."
I've always despised titles that are just a string of tags, but the way searches are going I'm now doing it too. And I'm maximizing the characters given for any title. I'm sorry about it, but it's a reality and the truth is I'm getting more views because of it. I recommend you greatly expand your titles to include any possible variation someone might search for your items. For example, "Baby girl crown headband" becomes "Baby girl crown headband, baby hair accessories, baby headband, baby clothes, baby head band," etc.
Ensure your tags are maxed out at 13. When you've racked your brain and can only come up with 8, send a pic to a friend and ask them what search words they'd use to find that item. A fresh perspective is greatly helpful.
IMHO, your pics look great. Good lighting, always a nice, tight close up. Make sure you use all five photo slots. Get all sides/back/bottom, etc. Remember the customer can't touch it, so this is as close as they come.
Your descriptions are really short, so I'd beef them up a lot. Keep it simple and even bullet-style if you like, but get more info up there, even if it's obvious from the pictures.
Good luck!
