Dept. of Dum Dum: Need help with the new shop about page

I went to the Edit About page and starting adding a photo, bio, etc. but when I hit the blue Add Shop Owner button, all earlier work disappeared. I tried this a couple of times and can't find it...what am I doing wrong?
Could someone please walk me through how to work on this page without it all disappearing?

I think you are adding an owner several times!! When you add someone it gets saved under the fields and fields get blank so you can add another person.

Was a bit confusing for me too...

The shop owner part is a little confusing. If I remember correctly, you have to do the shop owner part and save before moving to the bottom part. If there is a little picture of you, you've done it. It turns blank again in case you want to add another member of your shop.

It is confusing to me...maybe this afternoon after a glass of wine, I'll get it : ))
I thought I had saved the shop owner part, and don't know where to look for it. : (

If you're on the about page and you don't have a little picture of you, you probably didn't save. I had to redo the shop owner part about six times, because every time I viewed the finished product, the program cut off half of my bio. I think it didn't like some punctuation mark I was using. So, I think things are still a little wonky.

I will reread the earlier email about it and try again...maybe I just didn't save it right, but I agree that it might not be my problem!!!

The same thing happened to me. It's a little buggy. You have to fill out everything or it won't let you save, and if you try to, it may wipe out what you've done. I just put in a "short and sweet" version, then went back to edit-- that way I made sure it would not lose any of my work and I could focus on one section at a time.

Ok, will give it another go round--LATER. There's always so much to do that I hate redoing and redoing...orrrgh.

Okay, now I am really dumb--I can't seem to add my FB user name for my shop...what is the exact format, please. I tried www.facebook.com/RosesForClementine...also, the same with "pages" added...but it keeps rejecting. Help!
