Combining 3 listings into one....

Hi!
I had a customer ask for a price for three different listings combined together and then shipping for them also.

If she decides to take my offer, do I reserve each listing in her name with the altered prices and shipping (so I can get 3 sales!) She would have to still make three purchases...

OR

do I deactivate all three listings and create a new one reserved for her with all items and shipping in one listing (showing only 1 sale)

Honestly I would just take one sale, it makes it easier on your customer and in the end, you with less invoices and emails to deal with.

Although I completely understand wanting as many sales as possible.

You could really do either. I have always just had a reserved listing and put everything in that listing. But adding 2 extra items to her cart really wouldn't be that much trouble. I have bought multiple items from other etsy sellers and it was very easy to add something and then 'keep shopping' and adding the next.

Ultimately the easiest thing for the customer would be the 1 listing though.

If you are providing a discount for multiple purchases, I would post it as one listing as the price would be different purchased individually.
