If you don't mind, could you take a moment to look at our store and give us any tips to improve?

I love your shop and the items that you've found! I would work on your tags for some of the items. Make sure to use up all your tags and remember that one word tags aren't as useful as several word tags.

I would use keywords such as: elephant teapot, ceramic teapot, china teapot, exotic asian elephant, blue elephant etc.

Also some of your photos look a little bit washed out to the point where I have a hard time telling what the item is.

You have a lot of interesting finds in your shop. I agree with the above post..some of your pictures are a little TOO bright. I couldn't tell what they were at first.

I would work on tags. You have lots of good items and your prices are excellent.

Hi there... you have some interesting stuff in your shop.

There is an area under your banner where your shop name is in blue and then you have your name listed again under there... that area is actually supposed to be a little blurb about what you sell in your shop... it helps with google/etsy search (mine says paper quilled ornaments and wedding decor).

I would also remove the line in your policies about charging extra for insurance and signature confirmation. Insurance is for the seller not the buyer... if you want your buyers to have it than it should be included in the all the shipping prices. If something happens during the delivery your customer is protected by their credit card and/or paypal and will get their money back. The insurance is for you so you don't lose money on a charge back on that sale if something were to happen...
