No, it's not admin. It's just me. I grabbed this name because, well, it was there! and just as generic as the forum titles are...and, if the goddesses shine on us, will be for a while longer.

This is just meant to be a gathering place that welcomes all.

What I don't understand, is how we will be able to fit under the new wings, and what we have to do to get that presence.

I know there are a couple of other "teams" for everyone -- I joined one. But, folks, it's all in the name if we want to "game" the system, you know?

I want each and every one of you to know how much I value your words, and your lurkings. I love people I don't agree with -- they open my horizons, make me mad, and just make the world a wonderful place with everything in it. I loved that about the old forum. I could read something I disagree with, and steam, then vent...and I loved that it was there!

ha! and hi! I don't post much ...but I do seem to have a knack for getting threads closed...
I.Just.can't.believe. they're gonna close the forum...how mean!
It was fun to pop in and lurk and learn so much or just wake up with the morning coffee without having to get dressed to hear some candid and otherwise, chatting among my fellow etsians....I'm really gonna miss that.
Hopefully they won't do the Clampdown too hard on Business Topics when it gets rowdy......

I think we all go through the "I'm a threadkiller" stage--don't worry about it. After you've killed enough, you stop thinking about it, lol.

No, really, after a bit you just stop worrying about whether or not you are the last post. Until then, consider yourself having gotten in the last word--that should help. :)

Thanks for starting this Runz. I've never spent a lot of time on the forums, but when I have had a question, they have been invaluable, and scanning topics provided a wealth of info.

So many new people! Welcome, all. We have some among us who predicted this over a year ago, of course we didn't listen. But now, if we have to do this, we're trying to figure out how to make it work. Stumbling around, wondering where the Team Tools are! We have some great oldtimers among us who are chock full of knowledge and experience, many I've seen posting in the Fora, and a lot of people whose avatar I don't even recognize!
