i do think it is ironic that we joined the team for no team forums, so we can have forums in our team. my brain hurts, i'm going to unplug for a while.

Zoe, Its becoming quite obvious that Etsy really doesn't care about the sellers anymore. Rokalli has to keep the venture capitalists happy and that means page views!

If anyone wants to join the not-officiated-with-Etsy, un-team, here it is.
I'm not going to though because I have enough websites and networking places to be on and I am starting to think this is getting out of hand. I can make do with teams, and the admins have hinted that forums will not totally go away. There may still be business topics and site help.

i keep going back to that, to give it another chance. but i just don't like it :/
i don't like all the things flashing at me, smiley faces scooting all around, rolling their eyes. maybe i'm just tired. i don't know, i just like it here on etsy and maybe i can adjust with this change easier than adjusting to a whole new site that i would have to learn.

Hi,

The way we used to communicate via the forums was way more open than these segregated threads will be.

The information we post here, say about resellers, will have very limited exposure, thus keeping down the voices of protest, and therefor aiding and abetting etsy in ignoring the protests and taking any action against any major issues.
