I have responded and they got back to me pretty quick.
What do you consider "pretty quick"? It's been about a month since I requested to be taken off dev. mode. API and Etsy sales both responded with the advice to contact developer support. But developer support has yet to act...
Sellers BEWARE: When your shop is in dev mode neither your Shop nor your Listings are searchable through the MarketPlace or the API(v1,v2).
