Hi All, I have developed a PC desktop app to help manage your listings and store. The app will have a role structure, So you will be the Shop owner and a third party such as an assistant can help with drafting, editing photos, managing listings, managing sales etc. The access can be tailored how you see fit. The app will be between your PC and Etsy. Access between the third-party user will be within the app, your access to app, and ETSY. This also prevents anyone from changing anything in your store or account like passwords and financial information. The app only adds/modify/deletes listings, photos and gets shop information for shipping profile purposes. This means you can drop ship! Download and connect for free. We need a few testers that would be willing to help out just to make sure third-party access works (like if you had an assistant). It is very rudimentary at the moment but I can explain how it works. We just need to be able to create third-party access and some draft listings on my store and yours at this stage. If you can help, you can use the app for free when it is in production. Hello, Etsy automatically moves messages from customers to the spam box and it is not possible to see them from the mobile app. That's how I missed 4 of my customers messages. How do you find a solution to this?

I'm having problems accessing information on my shop via my lap top. Information regarding finance, sales,stats are all greyed out. On the mobile app its fine. I've closed down systems, restarted and used a different browser still no help. Any suggestions? Thank you.
