Processing Etsy Order

I have had DC for several months and I am very happy with it.

If you receive a transaction notice that says "Processing Etsy Order", I understand that it might take a few hours for the transaction to go through.

If the transaction does not go through, does Etsy notify me? Does Etsy notify the customer?
