NEED HELP

I am changing my checking account bank. (Bank of America is closing so many branches there are none close to me). I cna't find the place here on Etsy to change my banking info. If someone pays me with a credit card, Etsy will be sending my money to a closed account. Can anyone direct me to the proper page?

Up at the top, hover over Your Shop then click Shop Payment Account. Then on the right it should have Account Settings and under that Bank Account and to the right of that, Change.

You will have another 10 day waiting period before you will be able to get deposits again.

If your account is a free account you may want to keep it as is and just do a bank transfer to your new account or use a bank of america debit card to locally withdraw cash. That is what we do, but we have many free atms near, so it make it all work.....Jay
