Manually shipping with Pay Pal... HOW?!

I see everyone saying they use a Pay Pal service to ship still but have to enter everything manually... how are you doing this?! I tried going directly to USPS.com but cannot ship first class (which is 99% of what I do!) Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Using webapps.usps.com/customsforms/# to print custom form from home before going to the PO to pay for it to be shipped.
Works great but here's my question,,, after cutting along the outlined dotted lines I don't know where to attach the LEFT shipping label portion to envelope. The RIGHT portion is the customer copy.

I started using the etsy shipping and it is great. You just need to join the shipping improvements team. So easy.

I type WWW.paypal.com/shipnow in a new browser.

I do have to type everything in but this is how I ship my direct checkout orders. Works fine for me.

I signed up for direct check out to have more options for my customers to send payments. I love paypal. I hope to love DC as well. But I can also use paypals shipping (FREE & it's cheaper than buying from post office for me) even if Im not paid thru paypal. I realize Etsy is now offering shipping but it sounds like it might be more expensive than paypal. Time will tell and I am hoping Etsy gets the bugs out. Just trying to go the best way for me & my customers.
