International First Class Shipping Label Option?

I forget where, but I've seen it mentioned that international first class was something on the "to do" list.

I'm running my postage through PayPal at the moment and doing the first class in person at the PO.

It would be great if Etsy adds this feature. Might actually check out the postage stuff here if they do.

Edit to add: Your request might have more impact on the shipping improvements team. I'm pretty sure the postage stuff and DC are separate things even though they can be used together.

PayPal doesn't offer it either.I think it has to do with customs forms and restrictions on what you can ship overseas.I have to take mine to the post office.

PayPal keeps teasing about offering it. I don't do the other E site but I think Paypal has first class international for sellers there.

Last rumor I came across....PayPal was aiming for an October roll out of first class international for all their postal users.

I'm hoping PayPal or Etsy gets it soon. I don't have enough international to justify using a pay for service, but I have just enough going out international to want something online so I can save time on the handwriting everything.

some of the sellers use stamps.com and say that they can ship international orders from there. I've never tried it. I'm too worried about the weight not being exact and it being sent back to me.

You can print out your customs forms online and tape them to your package. I bought a good postal scale for less than $20. I affix postage stamps and put them in my mailbox for my normal pickup at home. I checked this procedure with the post office beforehand. I have not had any problems. I ship internationally 5 or 6 times a week.

PS. You can buy stamps in any denomination at the kiosks available in the post office lobby. I go there once a month and buy a bunch of $3.00 stamps. I ordered the other denominations online from the post office online, including the ever popular 78 cents.

Regarding that stamps.com $15 monthly fee.... from what I understand they have a less expensive option available. You can pay the minimum fee, I think it's something like $9.95? Then when you have an international order to ship, switch to the $15 fee plan that allows for international shipping, then back again to the $9.95 fee. Be sure to ask them about this so you're not paying unnecessary fees.

I currently use usps.com its simple and you only pay for what you use no monthly fees. Plus you can pay for the postage using paypal.

Looking forward to either Etsy or Paypal (or USPS online) offering First Class International(envelopes and boxes). Save my dh all the trip to the local PO.

I received an email from the post office a while back. My understanding is you can print first class postage both domestic and international using the business version of click n ship. Here. https://www.usps.com/business/click-n-ship-for-business.htm

It doesn't work with Mac so I have not tried it
