Direct Checkout Issue Refund

How long does it take for the buyer to receive a refund for a payment made via direct checkout. I have gone through the process of issuing a refund, and canceling a transaction. The invoice says "Refunded" and "Cancellation Pending". Does this mean the buyer has received their refund?

Hi -
It should take 3-5 days for the refund to appear on a buyer's card statement. We've seen it appear sooner, however.
