New shop owner looking for constructive criticism!

Hey all!

I just opened my shop a couple weeks ago, and only have an older model Sony point and shoot camera to work with.

Would y'all be willing to take a peek and tell me what you like/don't like about my photos and how to improve? I am by no means a photographer, so any advice is good advice!

Thank you! :)

Hi!

Your items are very cute :) and the lighting, colors, and quality of your photos is just right! I think the suggestions I have might just make it easier for buyers to imagine the items in their own home.

For the bedding- if it's possible, I would find a way to show more of the bed and cover the striped wall (or crib railing? I can't tell) to eliminate distractions. A view from the foot of the bed instead of the side could help with this. The close-up photos of the stitching aren't necessary...maybe switch it up and show a photo of all the items that are included in the listing folded nicely and laid out and an example of the monogramming that you offer.

For the pillows, I would show them on a bed made with some plain sheets that aren't distracting. Show them "in action."

Unrelated to the photos, I wanted to mention that I really like how you link to other products in your shop that would go well with each other!!
