Wow, I ONLY have 3 cats, and one of them is NOT MY FAULT. Cat #3 is my mom-in-laws cat, and she's in a nursing home now. Cat #3 is VERY FAT, and that is also NOT MY FAULT. He probably thinks he's perpetually starving in our house, because we actually want to get him slimmed down. At least now he has lost enough weight to groom himself and looks nice and shiny and healthy. My fav. is my old siamese Archer. He's very clingy, and yells obnoxiously in my ear at night (not so good, that).
Hubs and I did dog and cat rescue for years until my health forced us to stop. One summer we had 16 bottle babies to raise. All were spayed/neutered and adopted by great homes. I still hear from time to time from the kitten's adopters. This boy, Dande, captured our hearts and we kept him. He's an awesome boy and he even fetches his little ball like a dog.

I have a Flickr account but it is sadly neglected. Planning to update soon to add photos of all our rescued dogs cats and some we fostered for other rescue groups.
With the economy animal rescues are suffering from too many animals and not enough donations. Wish we could still be actively rescuing but it simply is no longer possible.

Hello everybody! Stumbled upon this team and absolutely jumped in! LOVE cats! :) I don't sell anything related to cats, my shop is for jewelry and bookmarks (very welcome to pop in and take a look!) Hello Everyone I am a new member of this lovely team - animal lovers are such nice people! I have three cats - a rescue Himalayan called Audrey; a cream British shorthair called Lulu and a black exotic called Stanley - he is my avatar. Lulu features in a lot of my illustrations. I am completing a Dip in Pet Portraiture and love working in coloured pencil.
LOVE reading the names people have given their cats and all the great stories.

But here I am and I'm all about cats, always have been. When I was growing up my mum and dad always had cats. I live on my own now and I've made friends with a cat from across the road. He is the ultimate fat kitty. He's snoring on my lap right now.
I've made a few items in my shop to honour Fat Kitty.

Hallo! After having promoted a print of mine on a different thread, I'd better drop in and actually introduce myself! I try not to make loads of cat stuff in my shop, but there's the odd item featuring felines (including the print which I've taken my userpic from).
I grew up with cats and was thus enslaved to the superior race already in utero, I suppose. I was afraid of cats for a while because one of our cats was jealous of me when I was little (Mum could still pay him enough attention with one baby, but when the second one came along, he obviously felt neglected) and he'd take a casual swipe as I toddled by... eek! I still loved him when I grew big enough, though. Actually, he is featured in my "Katzenjammer" print, the central one with the white spot on his breast.
Currently catless, as I live in a small flat in a city, and am thus reduced to molesting the street cats. But occasionally I get to serve my sister's supreme overlord (=cat-sit).

Hello, new to the group! We have one black short hair domestic cat, she has a pit bull for a little brother and beats the crap out of him any chance she gets, but every now and then rubs her tail on his face and under his chin to show she cares....

My name is Sharon and I'm a full-time caregiver to Mom who suffers from Alzhiemers. I have 2 adorable kitty cats Cali is 6 and Bailey is 5. My sister works for a rescue here in southern california, so I always seem to have foster kitties running around the house, right now I have 3 6 week old babies, charlie, Barney, and Max, I've had them since they were just a couple weeks old, The best time I've had in a long time was bottle feeding these little guys!LOL!!

All of my cats are rescue cats and this summer we are helping out Mayhew Anmial Home by fostering whilst they have the cattery roof redone.
I have two boys aged 2 and 4. I'm a stay at home mum and have 4 hours a week during school term to craft! Come to summer I ground to a holt! But I love being a stay at home mum! :-)
Just thought I would "pop" in to say hi and how is everyone? I am new to this team but not new to Etsy. We have one crazy cat in our house and she is my "supervisor" when I am in my craft room. Of course she is sleeping on the job but she still thinks she is my "supervisor". But we still love her to pieces!

Hi everyone! I just joined the team :) I have a white cat named Ivory, I found him at a shrine behind our old apartment block as a tiny little kitten, crying in hunger. We gave him some food and love and he became one of the family! Hope to meet some lovely people here :)

When we moved cross country from Michigan to California in 2003 we bought a travel trailer so we could move our pets in comfort and style. We all had a great trip!

I'm a new member. I have three wonderful cats--George, Billy and Sammy- all adopted from shelters. They inspire my art work. I create cat art based on things I have seen my cats do. They make me laugh a hundred times a day.
Hi everyone, I'm a new member. Last year I had to put down my 14-year-old cat who had moved 10 or so times, ridden in cars, planes, trains and even a bicycle, and who made it very clear we were a 1-cat family. So we went for a year or so without any animals whatsoever (first time in my life) and just recently rescued a shelter kitty who's mostly Siamese. She's a character!
