I have a degree in Finance/Marketing but found my real love was in needlepoint. I started making needlepoint belts for my 2 sons and 2 daughters, along with numerous friends over the years. The belts told a story of their school, sports and hobbies. Soon my hobby grew into a business with my family's encouragement. My oldest daughter Sarah, a graphic designer, joined me in starting Baldwin Belts.
