I sell beaded bracelets which are strung on the multiple ply metal cable.  These bracelets can't really be adjusted in length without restringing the whole bracelet.  I had a customer wanting the bracelet 1/4" longer pre order and I made this change for the customer.  After delivery the customer asked if I could make it 1/4" shorter.  I told them they would need to pay shipping and send it back to me.  I don't see this as good business - any recommendations Royce Designs by Royce ...
