Hi Tina - First of all - congratulations on your success and receiving great reviews :-D
There has been a lot of discussion on this very topic :-D I think it's a personal choice. If you feel compelled to thank your customer and it's your personality to do so - by all means do it. There is really no right and wrong answer because everyone's shop and shop owner are unique. In my shop it depends on how many convo's we've had back and forth and what kind of relationship I have developed with that particular customer.
