Etsy Etiquette Questions and Answers

Hi Everyone,
I have an Etsy Etiquette question, and I couldn't think of a better forum than this to ask it :)
We just got a stellar review from a customer and I was wondering if anyone has ever sent a convo to thank a customer for a review....
Any thoughts on this would be helpful.

Hi Tina - First of all - congratulations on your success and receiving great reviews :-D

There has been a lot of discussion on this very topic :-D I think it's a personal choice. If you feel compelled to thank your customer and it's your personality to do so - by all means do it. There is really no right and wrong answer because everyone's shop and shop owner are unique. In my shop it depends on how many convo's we've had back and forth and what kind of relationship I have developed with that particular customer.

I am sending you a couple of threads in the discussions so you can get a lot of points of view on this. Some answers are very interesting but maybe something mentioned in these threads will strike a chord with you and help you make your decision.
