Ok, here's the situation. A month ago I ordered some plugs from a shop on here called BMAmod, which also has their own site. I ordered them through their other site, not etsy. I had ordered 4 pairs of 1/2 inch plugs, and 4 pairs of 0g plugs. Everything was fine, until I received my "order". My first shipment had 1 pair of 1/2 inch, 1 pair of 7/16s (which was completely the wrong size), and 2 pairs of 0g. I emailed the owner, and she apologized, and said she would send me the rest of my items the next day. My second shipment arrives, and surprise! There is only 1 pair of 1/2 plugs inside. I email her, AGAIN, explaining what I had received, and she apologizes again, and says she'll send me the rest. I received my third shipment, hoping all had been corrected, and low and behold, there is 1 pair of 1/2 inch, and 1 pair of 0g. Needless to say, I never received my last pair (0g), and it took me 3 shipments to get the rest of my order. Every time I emailed this girl, her response was delayed, and she also wasn't very apologetic. I understand things get complicated and rushed sometimes, but how can you get an order wrong THREE TIMES?
Anyways, is there any possible way to leave her feedback on here? I bought her products that are shown on etsy, just not through etsy.
