Please help? What am I doing wrong?

My items aren't getting hardly any views at all. Sometimes they even go days without getting even one view. What am I doing wrong? I've tried changing my pictures, tags, and item names. I even promote my items on a daily basis my participating in the forums here and playing the "favorite a item from the shop above you" games.

I know I don't have many items listed, but I don't really want to list more until I figure this out.

Any advice at all is greatly appreciated!

Mine aren't getting lots of traffic either, but I think you're going about it backwards - the more items you post, the more likely you are to get views. You need to double your listed items as soon as you can. Then double that.

I does seem frustrating some days and I find views don't really correlate with purchases. I found it really helpful to read the blog written by the Sassy Critique team, they give you tools to look at your shop and make improvements. It is quite helpful. Good luck... and if you aren't selling, buy something, usually that brings the good luck views!!!! And... you need way more product to be seen.

Try handing out business cards. Also, craiglist ads all over! I made a sale from Lincoln, Nebraska from a lady that saw my craiglist ad!! Make it personal and not simply just an advertising ad. Make it about yourself, intrigue people to check out your site. Ask friends to send out emails to their friends, post it on their facebooks or blogs. I try to post one listing a week on my facebook to share with friends but not over bug them! Good luck!
