We have hawks, possums, and coons, plus there are a couple of stray males that hang around. She sharpens her claws on things but hasn't ruined the furniture. I don't know how. LOL

Good morning.
The show last night was really fun ... Mexican food, salsa dancers and good music. Didn't sell much, a little over $200, but this was about supporting the group and networking.
Was exhausted when we got home. Thankfully, I don't have much to do today.

I'm trying to keep the cold I had last week from turning into a sinus infection. We'll see how that works out.

Is anybody else seeing the new colors? The Main Lobby, if you will, of the Teams looks ridiculous.

Wasn't doing much of anything but sitting, even gentle physical activity felt wrong. Almost back to normal for two days now, feels good to take a deep breath.

I think I managed to clear the crap out of my head. I certainly feel better than I did. I'm all about going to the doc, but if I can fix it at home with some hot steam and essential oils, then YEE. HAW. I can breathe, and the stuff coming out of my head (SORRY) is looking less lime green than before. O.o

I REALLY did not want to go to the doc this week. I'm still trying to fight to get my van looked at about the AC.

Another custom order in the works. :-) And I have the stones in stock! Whoo hoo! Sapphire lady came back with a different stone choice, so that one is in the works as well! Getting busy already!

Had a good bonding morning at the barn with Miss Hope. It's been raining here and the arena was too wet to ride. I had the farrier out for feet, and decided to spend a little extra time just grooming and loving on the youngster. I don't know how I can be so attached to this little horse already! She has the most gentle, sweet soul. Melts me.

Coaching running tonight, then dinner again with friends. My running coach's birthday is today...so we're celebrating after our runs tonight. :-)

Can a doctor do anything about a sinus infection? I thought rinsing was the best remedy.

I don’t see the new colors either.

If it's truly an infection Esme, they give antibiotics. There was a whole generation of people that had severely destroyed sinus issues before antibiotics were the norm. My kid gets constant sinus issues and rinses all the time buy when it turns green- she gets a prescription because hers she says make her feel like her head is going to explode and when it's infected it never gets better on it's own for her. Poor kid also has horrible allergies which aggravates the situation. She had a ENT specialist give her a long lecture about all the things that could go wrong with no treatment.

This was heading in that direction - most of the time, early onm I can catch it with heavy steam and a eucalyptus / lavender EO combo as a steam.

Thank goodness I seem to have been blessed with good sinuses but a sense of smell so good I call it a curse.

Glad your smoke is clearing CG. Mmmm....garlic....now that’s a smell I love if it’s cooking.

Chrissy - glad things are working out so well for your website and the horses.

Made steak Diane tonight with tenderloin and put it sliced into a crepe. Feel fat and happy.

I never cut any of our cats nails but we have to do the parrot once in a while. He gets wrapped in a towel and I put on heavy leather gloves so he can bite down and not draw blood. LOL

It feels so nice here today. It's supposed to be like this for several days. I am NOT complaining. It's a nice break from the heavy humidity we've been having.

The boys are all checked out and A-OK, according to their doc. He gets a kick out of them, mostly because they'll actually talk to him. Most teens apparently give him the cold shoulder really badly.

Doesn't reflect well on the parents, to me.

Lost my tennis match but nobody on my team won today. No tennis until Monday.

I WISH it was cooler here but that won't happen until at least October.

Awww, I'm sorry, Terri. Our reprieve is just that - we'll have more hot days with high humidity.

I'm cooking spicy food, and the spices make me cough whenever I lift the lid on the pan. This is normal, for me, but I've been coughing so much anyway, it hurts.

I haven't had time to make anything new this week, although I did have an inquiry. Last minute shopper, wants the items there by the 4th. Last minute shopper, anyone.

No, two bronze bangles by the 4th - it was a dude, last minute shopping, I assume. Unless he purchases in the next hour or so, he's out of luck. I'm still coughing and not feeling 100%, so it may be better he never purchased.

Wrestling team is running the concession stand at the football game tonight. Hopefully, I can pull it together enough to function this evening.
