They just looted one of the other locations of the store I work for, I wont post it here ( CG I know you know) but I know people that work there, I sure hope they all got out ok :-(

I do hope the authorities will take the trouble to use what must be extensive camera coverage to identify the idiots. Enough of slaps on the wrist and 'tsk tsk, shouldn't do that'.

I'm not really a 'law and order' type, but this is BS.

Just heard from Dan, he is on his way home ( was starting to get really worried there, but apparently he has some of his coworkers with them since all the transit is shut down)
Won't feel confident till he is home though.

Jaime, I just saw in the news what is happening. How terrible. Hopefully Dan will be home soon.

Always amazing to see how stupid people can be, especially in crowds.

Dan is home safe and sound, and he drove home all the staff that needed to get out ( since transit was shut down).

Scary - the store I work for has a location right in the heart of the city where the riots were. They looted, and the night staff was still in the store and were in the lock up until the police could get there.

I am heading to bed, wish I could wake up tomorrow and know it was all a nightmare.
Thanks all for listened to me tonight, and kept me distracted while I waited for dan to get home safe and sound and hear from my little cousin.

glad everything is ok for your loved ones up there jaime. let's hope they arrest at least some of the morons, posting their pics on facebook should be a big help to the police.
i got in late last night, i was at the studio.
well, the new air compressor should be arriving today or so they say- they are shipping it overnight for free and i told them to put it together first to be certain the connections worked before they shipped it to me.
hope everything's ok with the family laura.

speaking of, rachel hasn't been here much at all- is she still down with her mother or is she just dissin' us?

Got an email from Hotmail this morning. They said they can't verify that I'm who I say I am so they can't give me my email back. !!!!!! WTF? So I gave them so more info but it's like talking to a computer. This is so incredibly frustrating!!!

I'll be in and out today. Took the day off to pack and get some studio time. First stop is my closet... Need to make a "keep" pile, a "maybe" pile and a big "give away" pile. There isn't much closet space in the new house... now time for a refill on the coffee!
