Hello all I ahve started a group for a gathering in St Pete Fl some time this spring coming. Alot of details need yet to be worked out. This is an open invitation to this group the Chatty Metals group to participate in this gathering. this is the general jist and cost so far accumulated and definatly not etched in stone or metal. Airport transportation 132.00 round trip for up to 10 people
Van transportation to workshops capacity is 6 people 30.00 each way is best I have right now
rentals van 132.00 for 3 days seats 8 100 miles a day free airport pick up and drop free
car 99.00 for 3 days economy size 100 miles a day free
Time share 2 bdrm condo sleeps 4 2 would have to share a room with twin beds 200.00 a night /4
1 bdrm apt for 2 150.00 a night /2
I think there could be a good savings if we rented a minivan for transportation to the workshops and for use to and from airport
The below listed could be paid for by Etsy grant if we win one I NEED HELP DOING IT
The morean is 15.00 per day per person … for the instructor there would be a fee not sure how much yet
The suncoast lapidary club would be free with a paid instructor there don’t know how much that is yet
Art walk in Gulfport fri or sat night 25.00 for booth fee
