6) As always, be kind and be sure to compliment something too.
Hello I am hoping to find out how to make more sales
I don't have much sales in fact I only have one
Is it the product, the listings photos, the SEO I don't know because I updated everything and completely updated the shop but I'm not getting any sales. People are looking at it but not buying it.
My shop sells handmade Jewelry

This is my art. I’m selling original works and artprints.
It’s kind of special, cause it’s a bit creepy but also romantic.
maybe this is the reason, that I don’t make many sales?
@ARTbyNEHERENIA You are off to a good start. It can take time to build a following. Keep making your artwork. Share on social media. Like and follow others. If you keep building on small successes, you'll find they grow into larger successes.
Thanks for the honest and lovely feedback !
Hi Mike,
Just had a look at your shop: wow, love all the colours everywhere, especially all the lavender! Particularly love the banner! It's made me think I might like to work on my one again.
If you get a free moment to have a look at my pretty new shop that would be much appreciated:
@HopeInShades Your shop looks beautiful. You're off to a great start. The only advice I can give you is: "keep doing what you're doing."
Does anyone else have any suggestions? Notice anything?
Thanks for the compliment. It means a lot coming from a talented artist
Hi, team! Can you please critique my shop?
Shop link: https://www.etsy.com/shop/ilustravas
Im getting visits but not selling. Do not know why? Is it because I'm new here?
Do have have any suggestions for my shop?
Thanks
@ilustravas A contemporary tile artist from Portugal. I LOVE IT!
1) Just keep making and posting new items. More items = more traffic = more sales. Once you have 150 items, Etsy will boost promotion of your shop. Etsy will do this again at 250-300 items.
2) Participate in the social media games. It will help you build a following. And it will bring in traffic that will be more likely to purchase.

Hi, I've just had a look at your shop. I'm no expert at all, quite new too, just wanted to say your shop is so cool, modern, hip and trendy looking. Has a great youthful feel to it. And I absolutely love the banner, so full of life!
x Ruth
@HopeInShades You are so kind and generous. Glad you like the banner. Actually, it's kind of funny that you mention it because I've been unable to change it. That's a photo from my older, lower resolution camera. For some reason, it won't let me change it. I guess Etsy likes it too. haha
THANKS AGAIN and have a great weekend!
Hi, team! Can you please critique my shop?

I have shop from 2 months ago and I havent sales. I make 70% OFF of all items and results is same.
Do have have any suggestions for my shop?

Hi Team,
my shop link is https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/EllagalleryCA
Do you have any suggestion for my shop?
@EllagalleryCA Your shop looks wonderful.
1) Just keep making and posting new items. More items = more traffic = more sales. Once you have 150 items, Etsy will boost promotion of your shop. Etsy will do this again at 250-300 items.
2) Photos - I noticed that 71% of the sales you've made used photos where you're holding the pendant. I suggest taking and using more photos like that.
Lovely pieces. Keep up the great work!
Thanks Mike,
I am working on making more item on my shop.
Thanks for your suggestion for Photo, I will definitely do that.
@EllagalleryCA Hope that helps. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Especially jewelers or fashion shops?

Overall Input, however, specific focus on photos would be amazing!
I am still new, entering my third week. I have yet to make a sale on Etsy and I'm not sure where I am struggling
@ReinventedRecords Photos are beautiful. I have a few questions and suggestions that I'll send in a message
A relatively new shop, just over 7 months, I have only had a few sales. All advice welcomed, but really feel like I need help with SEO, don't we all, and build an audience. Thanks in advance

Hello,
So many great shops in this thread!
Could you help me do better as well?
https://www.etsy.com/shop/GoldinavianPrints
I've been having a huge drop in sales during the last months, and a lot less visits compared to the same time last year, even tough my shop looks better now, with improved descriptions and more items. I used to get a decent amount of sales every month, but suddenly, almost nothing even though I keep on working on it.
Thank you!
@GoldinavianPrints You are right. Your shop does look beautiful. So, the question is: why are your sales down?
This is something that seems to be impacting nearly everyone. Why? Did Etsy change their algorithm? Is it the economy? Both? We may have a better answer tomorrow when Etsy releases their 2nd quarter earnings report: https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/etsy-etsy-to-report-q2-earnings%3A-whats-in-the-cards-2021-08-02
